First of all I already workout 5-6 days a week. My DH tells me for the amount of working out you do..you don’t look like it. OUCH!! So I decided to step up my game plan. Mission accepted. I ran into my friend Teresa and I was talking to her about being bored with my workouts and my legs were not getting toned. So she suggested I do leg workout three times a week instead of just once. Also recommended to cut my cardio. So lately I have been doing the following leg workout. And I have to admit it’s been working out great. My legs look leaner and I can finally see the gap between my legs.
