Chest Lift Workout

Most women want more perkier boobs like in their 20’s. Or at least a Chest Life without paying for it.

The below workout I do twice a week. It has been helping uplift my chest area. In other words my boobs sag a little less than they used to.

You can do them on the floor, a stability ball, or a bench.


I try to do one of pushups in between the chest workouts. My favorite is the Decline Push-up.
