I made this quick side dish over the weekend. Thought it would be great vegeterian side dish for the Thanksgiving dinner. Most of the measurements are based on taste.
1-can of Garbanzo Beans
1/2 cup Cilantro
1 Lemon
1 Red Onion
1 Red/Orange Bell Pepper either one will work
1 tbl Red Chili Poweder
1 tbs Cumin Powder
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbs Chunky Chaat Masala (found at any Indian Grocery stores)
