Week#5-Full Body Workout

OMG is it really almost Christmas time.  How time is just passing us by.  I am sure everyone is running around with their heads cutoff trying to shop.  So have Fun!!  

Here is a workout I wanted to create to increase the heart rate.  Try to this workout for the next two weeks.  

Due three rounds of the workout.  Make sure not take more than a 10-15 seconds rest in between the workouts.  Rest for 1 minute before the next round.
