Last Monday’s workout of for Week#2 Full Body we will continue this week. I am also doing this workout with you guys twice a week. Leave me a comment on how it’s going for you.
I am loving this workout. It’s building my stamina for sure and making me less jiggly. I mostly notice when I am doing the HIIT on the treadmill. I huff and puff less than I used to.
