I have lately been slacking on my Ab workouts. I was looking for a challenge but something I know I can stick to. I found this really good workout from Pumps and Iron. I really like Nicole’s Blog who has great tips for nutrition as well as workouts. I have to this ab workout this weekend. Since I don’t have a kettle ball (I need to get one) I will just use 5 pound weight. Will post my results next week.
