Just do it!!

I always get asked how do you get motivated to workout everyday?? Trust me when I say it’s not always easy. There are days that I just don’t want to go. On those days I still drive to the gym and go in. Once I am inside then I see others working out and it motivates me to give it my all. Those are the days actually that I have the best workouts.

If you are new to working out and having a hard time getting started.  Just give yourself a week at least to feel like something is working. The reason I enjoy the gym is because whenever I see others working out… It is very motivational. It also makes me feel competitive. When i first started going to gym I would see a woman who was the same height and frame as me I would watch to see how she works out. Then I would do the same workouts and use the same machines.

No one says it’s going to be easy.  You will find every excuse to skip the gym or a class or a training session.  The only person that can motivate you to do anything is only yourself.  So set a goal and just do it!!!
