Great way to drink more water is add a little something to give it a kick!! Try some lemons in your water. Or better yet try some vegetables. My favorite is cucumber, lemon, and mint (from my garden). When your home on the weekends it’s hard to remember to drink water. I fill it up a big jug with lots of ice and drink through the day.
TIP: I remember my FIL telling me that every morning you should drink warm water with lemon. It helps in digestion. Try it yourself!
